Sat- 3-14-09 In an "American Idol" type of atmosphere "MGK" managed to accomplish what few other MC"s could at Harlem's Legendary Appollo Theater. He scored a "Golden Ticket" to return to Harlem and compete in the Historic "Amateur Night" competition which sparked the careers of greats like "Michael Jackson" & "James Brown". "MGK" said "even being considered to represent my city on the Appollo stage is an honor and a huge milestone in my young career."
